Site Visit or Assessment
In many cases, I may need to conduct a site visit or assessment to get a better understanding of the scope of work. This is especially important for larger or more complex projects.
Consultation
I meet with you to discuss the project in detail. This includes understanding the client’s goals, preferences, and any specific materials or fixtures they want to use.
Evalution
If applicable, measurements are taken, and an evaluation of the work is performed. This step ensures that I can accurately estimate the amount of time, labor, and materials required.
Quotation
Based on the information gathered, I prepare a detailed quote or estimate. This quote includes a breakdown of costs, including labor and materials. It may also include an estimated timeline for completion.
Commencement
With the agreement in place, I schedule the work based on the agreed-upon timeline and availability. I begin the project, following the specifications and timeline.
Inspection & Updates
Throughout the project, I will provide regular updates to you to keep you informed of progress or any unexpected developments.
Completion & Final Approval
Once the work is completed, I conduct a final inspection with you to ensure that everything meets your satisfaction.
